‘BBC Interview: Simon Reeve in Conversation’ announced for Sheffield Doc Fest

Simon Reeve, whose latest series Wilderness with Simon Reeve (produced by The Garden), is the highest-rating BBC Two series since the end of 2022, will be shedding light on his remarkable career during a special BBC interview at the Crucible Theatre as part of Sheffield Doc Fest on 14 June 2024.

The author, journalist, explorer and presenter will reflect on his global travels, during which he’s made more than 80 films for the BBC in around 120 countries, and discuss how his travelogue/adventure format has evolved. The session will be chaired by BBC Head of Specialist Factual Commissioning, Jack Bootle.
